Gender Stereotype in Young Kids

Gender stereotypes are deeply ingrained in India, often restricting career choices for teens and leading to severe societal disapproval when these norms are challenged. This disapproval can lead to bullying, which in many cases becomes unbearable and has tragically resulted in instances of suicide.

There is a claim that these stereotypes begin at a young age. To explore this idea and identify the types of stereotypes present in children, I conducted research and created a documentary alongside my juniors.

I led this research and documentary as the director, scriptwriter, and activity designer, while also delegating tasks among my juniors.

During my 12th grade, I developed a keen interest in the topic of free speech and the repercussions one faces when it crosses into hate speech.  During this time, I had the opportunity to deliver a speech at the World Peace and World Unity Festival 2023. I chose to represent France, as it is one of the most prominent countries advocating for free speech.
